Welcome, I’m Alice Matthews, a Fear Breakthrough Coach and EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques) Practitioner.

I help people who feel held back by fear, anxiety, or self-doubt to find freedom and peace within themselves, so they can move forward with clarity, confidence, and ease.

My Approach

Over the past four years, I’ve helped clients from all walks of life overcome fears that once felt impossible, fear of flying, fear of failure, social anxiety, phobias, and deep-seated worry that affects everyday life.

My work combines the science of mindset coaching with the gentle power of EFT (tapping) to release the emotional charge behind fear and limiting beliefs.
Together, we:

  • Identify what’s truly driving your fear

  • Release the old patterns that keep you stuck

  • Reconnect you to a sense of inner peace and self-trust

This is not about pretending to be positive; it’s about real emotional freedom.

What to Expect

Every journey begins with a free discovery call to explore what’s happening for you and whether we’re the right fit to work together.
You’ll experience a confidential, compassionate space where you can safely explore what’s been holding you back.

A typical path starts with three sessions, designed to help you:

  • Calm your nervous system

  • Understand your fear’s deeper message

  • Start moving forward with more confidence and ease

Sessions are held via Zoom or in person, on request.

EFT and coaching help you reconnect to your natural sense of balance, allowing space for more ease, clarity, and flow in every part of your life.

Workshops & Group Sessions

Alongside 1:1 coaching, I also run in-person and online workshops that combine EFT, journalling, and gentle mindset practices to help you release old patterns and reconnect with yourself.

Each workshop is a space for reflection, emotional release, and renewal, helping you feel lighter, grounded, and more open to life again.
