What is EFT, and how does it work?

By tapping on specific meridian points while focusing on the problem, the energy flow is balanced, promoting emotional and physical well-being.

Can EFT be used for any type of issue?

  • Yes, EFT is versatile and can be applied to a wide range of emotional, mental, and physical issues, including stress, anxiety, phobias, pain management, and more.

How long does it take to see results with EFT?

  • The speed of results varies, but many people experience relief after a single session. For deeper or long-standing issues, consistent practice over time may be necessary. This is something that will be discussed during your discovery call.

Is EFT safe for everyone?

What should I do if emotions intensify during an EFT session?

  • It's not uncommon for emotions to surface during EFT. If intensity increases, take a deep breath, and listen to my guidance. As a trained EFT practitioner I can navigate you gently through the emotions. We never go where you don’t want to. You are always in control.

How do I know which points to tap and in what order?

  • EFT follows a specific sequence of tapping points, including the top of the head, eyebrows, side of the eye, under the eye, under the nose, chin, collarbone, and under the arm. Tapping is typically performed in a sequence while focusing on the issue at hand. You can feel secure and relaxed in the knowledge that I will guide you through, step by step.

Can EFT be used for children?

  • Yes, EFT can be adapted for use with children. It is a gentle and non-invasive technique that can be effective in addressing issues such as anxiety, fears, and trauma in children. I use the practice on my children. For example, my daughter suffered from restless leg syndrome. After a 10-minute tapping session, her legs relaxed, her anger dissipated, she rolled over and went to sleep! I’ve even used it on her the night before Christmas. Usually, she would be too excited to sleep and up a few times in the night feeling over-excited and sometimes even sick with the excitement. After a short session, she felt relaxed and tired and was able to fall asleep with ease. She slept all night and we even had to wake her up on Christmas morning, which is usually unheard of!
